About Kelsey

As a holistic inspired nurse, self-love supporter, and passionate writer, I choose to share my own stories, journeys, and experienced paths of healing with you all, for I believe we all benefit from sharing and healing together.

I completed my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Belmont University and both my Holistic and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees at Tennessee State University. I also graduated from Vanderbilt’s Health Coaching program, and I am a board certified health and wellness coach.

I have worked in many different fields as a registered nurse (RN) such as General Medicine, Critical Care, and Inpatient Drug Detox. I currently work as a family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) in both Outpatient Addiction Medicine and Functional Medicine.

I have extensive training in interactive guided imagery through the Academy of Interactive Guided Imagery and clinical meditation and imagery using the Huntington Method. I have completed training for energetic healing therapies such as Healing Touch, as well as Debra Silverman's 3-level Applied Astrology program.

I love sharing deeply about integrative healing, spirituality, holistic philosophy, and the mysterious process of life. While life may present itself as painful and messy at times, I believe it is essential to the ascension process, and I send you love and light on each of your journeys.
